Job Description: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Employee Management:
- Leave Tracking: Maintain accurate records of employee leave balances and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Time & Shift Tracking: Oversee schedules, attendance, and time-tracking systems.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
- Salary & Appraisals: Oversee payroll, manage employee appraisals, and handle compensation reviews.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace environment.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide regular updates to the CEO and stakeholders regarding HR metrics, employee performance, and organizational development.
4. Administrative Oversight:
- Handle all administrative responsibilities, including office management, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
5. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
- Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to organizational and legal standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
