Join our dynamic team as an HR Manager, where you'll work directly with the CEO to shape and manage the backbone of our organization—our people. This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role that combines strategic leadership with operational execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

2. Employee Management:

  • Leave Tracking: Maintain accurate records of employee leave balances and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Time & Shift Tracking: Oversee schedules, attendance, and time-tracking systems.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
  • Salary & Appraisals: Oversee payroll, manage employee appraisals, and handle compensation reviews.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace environment.

3. Stakeholder Communication:

  • Provide regular updates to the CEO and stakeholders regarding HR metrics, employee performance, and organizational development.

4. Administrative Oversight:

  • Handle all administrative responsibilities, including office management, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.

5. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to organizational and legal standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
